Expectation:
1. Conduct checks on the
filling of the visa application, international license, route permits, and supporting forms before submission.
• Liaison/visit for Visa
processing, Route Permits, and International licenses through Embassies, government ministries, NH & MP.
• Accountable for the
completion and updates of compliance/ visa processes, reviews, and controls.
• Provide timely and accurate
responses to inquiries regarding visa processes, requirements, and application
status.
• Prepare and issue visa
decisions, including approvals, denials, or requests for further documentation,
adhering to prescribed timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest
visa regulations and requirements.
• Provide complete assistance
to Manager / Senior Manager International Logistics Operations in all admin, HR
& documentation-related work.
• Ensure timely disposal of
incoming/outgoing mail both electronically & manual.
• Draft letters and minute
sheets for processing of cases.
• Correspondence with various
offices / HQs and keep follow-up.
• Produce and develop reports
(weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly and statistics for submission) as
required by the management.
• Perform other tasks assigned
by the management on a requirement basis.
